I have founded companies, fixed broken operations, steadied finances and built the governance behind them: risk management, ISO accreditation, data protection and the controls that let a business scale without tripping over itself.

I now bring that experience to Cyprus, working alongside owners who are serious about growing well, growing sustainably, and growing on their own terms — and who would rather have a seasoned operator in the room than another report on the shelf.

I have made the difficult calls. I know what it costs to get them wrong — and what it takes to get them right.

I started my career in business banking, working directly with SME owners and directors. That period gave me a close understanding of capital, cash flow and risk — and the decisions that determine whether a business grows or stalls. It also gave me a clear view of what separates businesses that scale from those that stay stuck.

I went on to build and scale several companies from nothing into multi-million-pound operations, with large teams and complex operations across multiple service lines. Every one of those experiences — including the hard lessons — informs how I work with clients today. I am currently an active shareholder and director across five businesses operating in different sectors, which means the advice I give is grounded in what is happening in the real world right now, not just what worked in the past.

As a Cypriot national, I have a personal and professional commitment to the local market — including my role as an active shareholder and director of Circle Homes Ltd, a property investment business based in Cyprus. This is not a remote engagement model. I maintain an ongoing operational presence in Cyprus alongside the businesses I lead in the UK, which means the advice I provide is informed by direct, current involvement in the local economy.
